Bonnie BrownOn Thursday, Feb. 12, at 1:00 p.m. please join Bonnie Brown as she presents artwork of the Harlem Renaissance. The United States contributed to many modern art movements in the 20th Century. Northern cities like NYC and Chicago were bustling with music, art, literature and the growth of communities filled with artists expressing their feelings of the times. Come learn about art from the Roaring Twenties/Jazz age and from artists like Arron Douglas, Laura Wheeler Waring, Archibald Motley and Augusta Savage. 

Bonnie is a PC resident, popular LifeLong Learning instructor and a Philadelphia museum docent with 20+ years of experience helping all ages enjoy art.
