Interested in learning about what is going on with real estate in Arizona? Plan to join Susan Nicholson on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 1 p.m. She will review Real Estate Buyer Employment Agreements. What are these contracts? Do I have to sign one; is it required by law? What questions should I ask? What is negotiable? What should I look for? She will also talk about the “As Seen on TV ads”. “I’ll buy your home for market value” etc. What is happening here, is it legal and what should I be aware of? She will also give a general real estate market update including statistics to give you a pulse on where the market is and what to expect if you’re buying or selling a home.
On Feb. 17, 2023, Governor Katie Hobbs appointed Susan Nicolson as the Commissioner of Arizona Department of Real Estate. For nearly three decades Nicolson was licensed and worked as a real estate professional. Up until the appointment Susan was a Designated Broker and small business owner of a boutique brokerage in Phoenix, AZ. She also ran and operated a real estate school, working as the school administrator and an instructor.
