Join popular instructor Julia Kim, on Thursday, Oct. 15, 11 a.m., as she brings the rich flavors of Korean cuisine to our community. With over 20 years of experience through the International Youth Fellowship, including teaching Korean cooking to Native American youth, Julia will share ancient culinary wisdom passed down for generations.
This will be an engaging and interactive class where you'll learn the art of crafting delicious Korean Beef Bulgogi. Bulgogi is a well-known traditional Korean food and has been around for thousands of years.
What to expect:
- Ingredients and hands on preparation
- Tasting session: sample your own handmade Bulgogi
- Take-home recipes: recreate the delicious Bulgogi at home with a recipe power point
Whether you are a seasoned cook or a beginner, this class is perfect for anyone interested in exploring Korean cuisine.
